The year is 2001. The world has been transformed by
thermonuclear warfare. As a result, the ice caps have 
started to melt and some rivers have become oceans. The
United States has claimed Cuba as a territory due to 
nuclear threat. The United Kingdom has reclaimed 
Australia and made it a permanent ally. China and other
neighboring countries have defeated Japan with nuclear 
weapons. Most of the European countries have joined 
together to form the European Alliance, and the United Nations has ended. India has become
a great nuclear threat and has conquered Pakistan, Thailand 
, and other neighboring countries. Iraq, having 
remained quiet ever since the Gulf War, suddenly has 
suddenly turned offensive again with a considerable 
army and is trying to form a unified Middle Eastern 
country. Russia has become a huge factory nation with 
a great amount of pollution.
The war began when India started an offensive against 
Chinese coastal cities of the South China Sea. Also,
the U.S. and U.K. have retaliateded against Iraq due to 
its goal to conquer the entire Middle East. Also the
Russians are growing restless against China's continued 
nuclear tests in former Mongolia.
